This white paper aims to upscale SMEs for the emerging European supercomputer ecosystem. It proposes a maturity model for SMEs building on the EuroCC@Türkiye team’s SME collaborations, EuroCC HPC Experience Level definitions, and IT process assessment standards. The document demonstrates the assessment of the HPC capabilities of an SME using the proposed maturity model to guide practitioners in further applications. NCC Türkiye provides the methodology and detailed process definitions for developing the maturity model.
