ErikTronik specializes in system integration, air navigation consultancy, installation, maintenance, and commissioning services. The company is optimizing the Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) model over Turkey through simulations to get the best parametrizations. They are carrying out a case study using the national HPC infrastructure TRUBA after realizing its in-house systems are insufficient for the big problems. The simulations will show whether or not the tested parametrizations will resolve the extreme weather events with sufficient accuracy.
